My housemate, Ekin moved out last month. She's one of the best roomie ever!!! Chatty and funny and we basically berhuru-hara berdua few times :) It's not that I cant afford to pay the full rent or maintain the house... just that, the house is too big to stay on my own. Kadang2 rasa seram pun ada ok!  Therefore I'm looking for a new housemate.

- It's an unfurnished medium room. Ekin furnished her own room before and she can fit one single bed, a cupboard, makeup table, a sofa and tv set inside.
- The rent for the room is RM 300/month. That includes electricity and water bills (wah wah wah baik nih housemate you (read: me) to throw those inside the the rent ok!). I prefer to have a professional and educated housemate compared to student due to the fact that they are capable of paying the rent on time. 
- Deposit is 1+1 (bayar ansur2 pun ok... I'm not berkira la in this matter.)
- The house is located at Taman Desa, Old Klang Road. 5 mins to Mid Valley and the area itself is awesome - few mamaks, few clinics, few boutiques, beauty centres, tuition centres, dance, music and vocal classes pun ada (I plan to enroll in one of those later..), pet shops, laundries etc. Loads of taxi and there is bus service as well (every 15-20 mins).
- It's a condo with balcony. So, if you plan to tanam bunga ke, melepak2 while drinking coffee or something... that balcony is an awesome place to do so. I watched meteor showers and fireworks over there few times as well.
- The apartment complex is secured with guards, 2 pools and I think we have tennis court as well (highlight on the word "I think" in which means I'm not so sure la tuh.. nampak sangat tak check out apartment complex sendiri!)
- The house is furnished. We have tv, playstation, fridge, sofa and a VERY COMPLETE kitchen! From toaster to cheese fondue set sumer pun ada ok!
- The housemate is even more AWESOME! She thinks she's funny and cute all the time hehehehe... I love malls and I do like to cook sometimes. Maybe la my food tuh tak sedap mana but it's not too bad ok. Maybe we could berlaga senduk in the kitchen as part of the bonding activities :) The only thing that is bad about me is, I rarely home. I'm off to work at 9 am and will only be home around 9 pm or even later. I'm quite a workaholic for now since I just changed my job. The business is in its development process and I do sincerely see loads of potential in it. It's critical time now... but fret not! I plan to have a darn good holidays soon :) Oh ya my weekends usually consist of malls or friends or work.
- The house consist of 3 rooms (The master bedroom is for me, 1medium room for you and another 1 is a study room), kitchen, balcony and ruang tamu.
- As my future housemate, you are allowed to bring cute pet like hamster or fishes. But pleaseeee... nothing scary like ular sawa, tarantula, chameleon or that cicak hijau! God knows how scary it is to have a housemate with "lovable" pets such as those! I don't mind to have Chinese or Indian housemate because I'm so used to live with non-Muslims eversince university years.

The Hurricane

The wind was wild the day I met her

~Mila, Aku Lebih Tahu~

There are few things occupying my mind right now:

1.     Work  –  how to expand the business, bring in GENEROUS income (ooo my future!) and few marketing issues here and there – activities, positioning, branding, partnership etc. Honestly, I could see loads of potentials in what I’m doing right now, from product’s expansion to market expansion and potential income and side income. Sarimah, go go chaiiyyyookkk!!!

2.     Education – I’m still thinking of ways to continue my Master Degree. Australia anyone? Out the bongong beauty and helllooooo brainy cutie!

3.     Politics – Woohoo officially registered to be an UMNO member yesterday. Will write about this later. Heh.. it’s pretty interesting that this pompuan penuh semangat to be in politics!

4.     Love  – Hmm… he knows  what I’m thinking and I know what he’s thinking RIGHT.THIS.MOMENT! We are 2 stubborn & attractive smart-asses after all… See, after quite some time together, sharing every ups and downs while berhuru-hara sakan in life… we are pretty much good at reading each other’s mind so to speak  ;)

Reminder to self:  Don’t eat cheddar-cheese-tuna-melt-power-lunch by Starbucks next time! Starbucks bombed my pocket for something so bland with a name that is so longggg…
